Cancellation due to COVID-19

If you’re unable to attend your lessons due to any of the reasons below, you will receive a FULL REFUND for your booking:
a) If the resort where your lessons are due to take place is closed due to COVID-19.
b) If the border to the country where your lessons are due to take place is closed and you cannot enter the country.
c) If the border of your home country is closed and you cannot leave the country.
d) In the event the instructor has to cancel your lessons.
* In the event you need to cancel, to receive a full refund the booking must be cancelled at least 5 days before the start of the first lesson of the booking, via mail to pietro.dalmasso@monaco.mc
* For the avoidance of doubt, in the event you cancel a lesson due to
contracting COVID-19, you will be refunded in line with the Terms &
Conditions.
We recommend ensuring you have the appropriate level of
travel insurance to cover this situation.
